DO NOT use this form if you wish to remain IN the Claim and to be included within the Class represented by Vicki Shotbolt seeking compensation against Valve Corporation.
You may opt-out of the claim if you meet all the following conditions*:
- you were living, or you were domiciled in the UK on 11 March 2026, and
- you made one or more payments to purchase PC Games or add-on content for PC Games including subscription payments for PC Games and/or add-in content in the period from either 1 January 2010 (for members of the Class domiciled in Scotland) or 4 June 2018 (for members of the Class domiciled in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland) to 4 June 2024 in accordance with the Class Period, and
- you do not want to be part of the Class seeking compensation against Valve Corporation.
* Please note: In respect of any Person who meets the Class Definition but has subsequently died, the Class shall include their lawful representatives, successors or assignees.
By requesting to opt-out of the claim, you will not be included within the Class of individuals Vicki Shotbolt represents against Valve Corporation. This means that you will not be able to receive a payment from this claim if money becomes available. However, you may be able to bring your own separate claim against Valve Corporation for the same issues.
